Research methodology

About the research

This report draws on psychometric assessment data from over 770 employees across accountancy, banking and finance — providing a concentrated, evidence-based view of resilience within a high-pressure, high-accountability sector.

The data was gathered using Wraw® — a scientifically validated psychometric tool that measures workplace resilience across five pillars: Energy, Future Focus, Inner Drive, Flexible Thinking and Strong Relationships. Together these pillars provide a holistic picture of physical, psychological and social resilience, and how individuals sustain performance under pressure.
